Knowing CPR and the use of the AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) is important for everyone. All of America just witnessed how vital it is when Damar Hamlin was successfully resuscitated on the football field after a cardiac arrest. On Sunday morning, February 12, there will be a one-hour class about CPR and demonstrating the use of AEDs that are at Beth El and the JCC. It will take place in the Mercaz room and everyone is welcome to attend! It will begin at 9:30 am and bagels and beverages will be available beforehand.
You can make it a double Mitzvah by coming early at 8:30 am for Minyan in the chapel. After a short break, the CPR and AED demonstration will begin. There is no fee but we would like to know how many people will be attending. Please RSVP HERE!
