1. Beth El helps our families grow Jewishly in a welcoming, inclusive, family friendly, nurturing and egalitarian environment.
2. Beth El has an innovative, experiential approach to Jewish learning, striving to educate all ages—0-120.
3. Beth El seeks to perpetuate a Conservative Jewish identity for the Akron community by promoting and providing an engaging environment for religious, cultural, and social activities.
4. Beth El has a Sisterhood that strongly supports our functions and offers opportunities for lasting friendships.
5. Beth El provides facilities for all lifecycle events: baby namings, B’nai Mitzvot, confirmation, aufruf, and weddings.
6. Beth El reminds its members of Yahrzeits, the anniversaries of the passing of dearly departed, and services at which these names are called to mind.
7. Beth El conveys the message of Judaism to the entire Akron community, Jewish and non-Jewish.
8. Beth El holds worship services in a beautiful sanctuary throughout the year—Shabbat, High Holy Days, Festivals, etc.
