On Yom Kippur Day, Rabbi Grundfast spoke about composing a Jewish Life List. He offered ten suggestions that a Jew should accomplish before he/she dies.

2. Have an aliyah at the Torah to mark a special life occasion.
3. Visit the National Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC
4. Experience a spiritual moment
5. Heal an old wound or grudge
6. Go to Israel again!
7. Compose a Jewish Ethical Will
8. Immerse yourself in a Mikveh
9. Tzedakah as a monetary legacy for the Jewish community after you die
10. And finally, always have a deep sense of thanks and gratitude for your life.
