Bill Considine to Speak at Jewish and Public Affairs Forum

Bill Considine has served as the President of Akron Children’s Hospital for 29 years. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and Past-Chairman of the Children’s Miracle Network Board. He serves on the boards of many Akron community organizations including Children’s Family Care, Inc., which operates the Ronald McDonald House, and United Way of Summit County. Currently he is the Chairman of Akron Tomorrow and the BioInnovation Institute in Akron.
Considine is the past chairman of Summit Education Initiative and is co-chair of the This City Reads Initiative. He also served as co-chair of Character Counts! Akron Initiative and as chairman of Akron Mayor Don Plusquellic’s taskforce on juvenile violence.
