Tisha B’av, the day that we commemorate the destruction of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem in the year 586 BCE, will begin on Monday night, July 23rd. At 9:30 PM we will daven Maariv which will include the traditional chantiing of the book of Lamentations as well as special readings and prayers reflecting the theme of Tisha B’av.
