Enjoy Shabbat as a community at Temple Israel on Friday night, November 2 at 6:00 PM.
The community will observe Shabbat services together and then share Shabbat dinner.
There will be munchies
to ward off hunger pangs before
services and kid s’ Shabbat appropriate
activities for after dinner.
We will use this gathering to join our
voices to those of communities
around the world as we pray for the
release of Israel’s missing soldiers.
Following dinner, our community’s
new Israeli Shlichim, Aharon and
Lihi Schwartz , wi l l of fer a
presentation on the situation with
the soldiers and what we can do here
in Akron, Ohio to help secure their
release.
